The Dudes from Calgary among bands to play at Winston’s Pub
Roofstock, an annual music festival located at Winston’s Pub, returns to Saskatoon this Saturday, August 31.
The line-up for this year’s Roofstock includes headliners The Dudes from Calgary, along with locals Junior Pantherz, Young Benjamins, The Triplophonics and The Department Heads.
Festival promoter Holly Kelleher says that bands will once again be playing on the rooftop of the downtown pub.
“I think the venue is really what makes this event unique in Saskatoon,” she says. “Having the bands play on the roof to the crowd below creates a great atmosphere.”
Kelleher says that organizers have shortened the program of this year’s Roofstock, and are starting later in the day.
“We’ve put together a line up that showcases some great local talent and we’re looking forward to the show,” says Kelleher.
The beer gardens for the event open at 4pm.
