If you are in the Regina area this weekend you would be well advised to check out Swamp Fest – a multi-venue, multi-day party time featuring a number of Sask. bands and a few from beyond. There’s even an island party with a bunch of choreographed dances planned! See you in the swamp!
As far as Saskatoon events go, check out Soul Mates opening for Greg Rekus on Friday at Vangelis before they head out on tour (dates here!). If you’re into country, Jess Moskaluke at Village Guitar is a good bet. On Saturday New Swears will be dominating at Amigos, and don’t forget to save some party this Sunday for Edmonton’s Faith Healer at the Capitol.
