Saskatoon has now hit that perfect summer storm when the Fringe and the Ex descend upon the city, and there are no more excuses for going to bed early. In addition to Blue Rodeo at the Ex and someone juggling flaming things on Broadway (probably), you would be well-advised to hit up Vangelis on Wednesday for Raeburn and the Spacemints, 3 Ninjasks and Thawed Out on Thursday, while on Friday you can see Moon Tan at Amigos and a whole bunch of local musicians taking over the Capitol. There are also some sweet shows at the Saskatoon Skatepark this week – come catch some punk rock while you bang up your shins while shredding on the halfpipes.
