MoSoFest drops detailed line-up announcement

Deep Dark Woods, Factor and Rah Rah among festival headliners

MoSoFest, a Saskatoon indie festival that’s scheduled for June 12 to 15, has revealed several headliner acts.

Among them are Astronautalis, Code Orange Kids and Renny Wilson, with Deep Dark Woods, Rah Rah and Ones filling out the prairies side of things.

Also announced is UBT, who were formerly known as Uncle Bad Touch – wish they didn’t change that name.

The festival will be hosting over 60 bands in seven different venues in the Broadway area. Last year was a devastatingly awesome time. You should probably clear your schedule now.

Meanwhile MoSoConf, billed as a Mobile and Social Media Conference, similarly announced several speakers:

Ambrosia Humphrey from Hootsuite
Sean Lynch from Dropbox
Collin Douma from BBDO
Stephen Hepting from Yammer
Cap Watkins from Etsy
Mark Rabo from Gamercamp
Heather Payne from the Centre for Social Innovation
Best-selling author Julien Smith
Serial entrepreneur Dan Martell
And word-of-mouth marketing genius Saul Colt
