What to do in Saskatoon: Saskatoon Pride Parade, Sask Jazz Fest

Pride Parade

It’s the most wonderful time of the year again in Saskatoon – when summer officially kicks off with Saskatoon Pride events, including everyone’s favourite parade: The Pride Parade! Happening this Saturday, make sure to come out and have all the fun, and don’t forget to hit up some of the other events happening throughout the week.

Fly Pan Am and Kyle Krysa & Distant Conversation

Also super fantastic: The SaskTel Saskatchewan Jazz Festival is back, and there are a number of must-see shows happening at venues throughout Saskatoon. While they’re all pretty “must-see”, do make sure to come out for Fly Pan Am at Amigos on Sunday. This Montreal group has ended their hiatus and are back in Saskatoon to devastate us all.

Drag Bingo

What better way to celebrate pride than with Drag Bingo. Going down this Wednesday at Louis Pub, expect fun, food, bingo and of course some inappropriate banter and jokes from local queens.

The Roots, The Suffers and Def3

More Sask Jazz Fest fun! The Roots are back, and, as always, are bringing the dance party to the Bess Gardens. Definitely a Saskatoon favourite – this Saturday.

Ghost Note, MamazBoiz and HYV

Not a Jazz Fest show, still worth hitting up. Come party party party at the Black Cat Tavern, this Friday.
