SXSW Music Festival brings in 2,000 acts over six days
South by Southwest (SXSW), a film, interactive, and music festival and conference, is a really good way to see bands you never expected to see. Beginning in 1987, the annual event pulls in over 80,000 attendees. Needless to say, there are line-ups for everything, including wristbands, tacos and the bathroom.
It’s all about having a strategy, even if you go out of your way to be wholly spontaneous. After all, sometimes the best strategy is no strategy at all.
