Technology “unconference” planned for May 25
A special, surprise spring edition of BarCamp Saskatoon has just been announced for Saturday, May 25 from 12-9pm at VendAsta (401 – 220 3rd Ave S) and we are pleased to be continuing our tradition of giving a drunk and rowdy lecture at the event!
Our talk, titled “When It’s Time to Party We Will Party Hard: Ominocity’s Guide to Event Planning” will share our tips, tricks and social media strategies for hosting a memorable event that you can use when planning your next corporate mixer, music festival or raging house party.
BarCamp is an “unconference” where the talks, demos and workshops are given by attendees. It is free to attend and anyone is welcome to sign up to speak at the event. It’s also great opportunity to learn, meet new people and uh, create a human pyramid?
