Trashed Ambulance, Loser Points, The Speedhammers and SRA at Vangelis

Surprisingly to some WORLD BANK presents has not went away. We are doing pop punk this time, Steve insisted.
Red Deer punks Trashed Ambulance are making their first journey to our lovely little prairie town and have a shiny new album to throw at you. Something you havent seen at a world bank show before- melody. I think they are the prodigal sons of high achieving academics, who met in a 4th grade cello class but 3 years later started getting wasted and the music took a new direction. It took years before the hangovers started to get real. Its time you met.
This whole thing got set up because we wanted to bring Loser Points to town. Yuge. They sound like Saskatoon to me and as we all know thats a fucking compliment. Its tight and its fast and theres nothing fake about it. My friends that live in their town never miss their shows.
Local Darlings The Speedhammers are joining the party. We had to give em a 3 month stay in one of our finest riverfront spots to coax them into playing but the value of that place is going to skyrocket. These songs will stick with you longer than the pinworms you pick up from passing out cold at tonights Pleasant Hill afterparty.
Saskatoons newest skate punk / slop rock outfit SRA is also on board. You remember Mondo Trasho? If not, come find out. Featuring members of The Switching Yard.
