It I can be said, without any exaggeration, that The Real McKenzies are a national treasure. Founded in 1992 by the larger than life, punk rock poet laureate, Mr. Paul McKenzie, this merry band of miscreants has spent a quarter century circumnavigating the globe to bring the McKenzies gospel to an ever-adoring throng of rebels, scallywags and ne’er do wells. There’s not many bands that can boast of a twenty five year career as staggeringly adventurous, wildly tempestuous and utterly death-defying as The Real McKenzies.
Raygun Cowboys are a psychobilly punk rock n’ roll band hailing from the very best dive bars and pool rooms of Edmonton. These 50’s influenced hooligans play insanely high-energy badass rockabilly with elements of punk and rock n roll that instantly gets people on the dance floor from the first to last song.
The Great Shakin’ Fevers – This trio came together one night to drink some beers and jam out a few tunes. The bands common interest in Rockabilly and punk rock set the mold for the the Great Shakin’ Fevers set list. With Rich (Savage Henry) on guitar/vocals, Joe (Sun Roosters R.I.P.) on the doghouse bass/vocals, and Mitch on the drums, we can get you dancing or at least tapping your foot.
