Most known as the lead singer and guitarist for the American indie band, Deer Hunter, Bradford James Cox is the man behind Atlas Sound. Mixing a number of computer-based instruments with live recordings, Cox creates a synth-indie-rock sound that makes you feel like you are floating around in the stratosphere.

Powder Blue
These lovely ladies know pull together haunting and desnse sounds into one epic chill set of psych rock. Hailing from Saskatoon, the foursome depends on drone-y keys, lush reverb-y guitars and warm harmonies that grow into a soundtrack to something beautifully sinister.

Dumb Angel
These Saskatoon space folk cadets have been carving a place for themselves in the Canadian music scene since 2006. Their unique blend of psychedelic sounds and folk compositions is the result of fusing musical influences like Nike Drake and Bert Jansch with Slowdive and Spritiualized. Having recently expanded their sound to include full band arrangements, Dumb Angel’s music touches upon intensely personal and entirely universal themes in a way that is more transcendent, melodic and hypnotic than ever before.
