The Sheepdogs are officially next-level-shit rockstars!
The announcement came today from Rolling Stone that the Saskatoon-based four-piece would have their bearded-likenesses mass-produced for the cover of the venerable magazine.
The contest involved several unsigned bands competing for their pictures on the cover.
Amazingly, out of all the other acts, The Sheepdogs were apparently the cutest.
In addition to gracing the Aug. 18 edition of Rolling Stone, the band also gets a recording contract with Atlantic Records.
After a high-profile appearance at the Bonnaroo Music Festival, The ‘Dogs were given opening duties for the upcoming Kings of Leon Canadian tour.
