Born and raised in Canada, Sean Viloria and The Outcast Empyre are an uprising musical force to be reckoned with.
After many years of playing bass, guitar, keys,talkbox and weissenborn in other bands, Sean Viloria has now developed into a prolific young solo artist,producer and musician. Combining influences from acts like Ben Harper,The Black Keys, James Brown,Bob Marley and The Wailers,Jimi Hendrix and The Roots, the overall eclectic sound can only be described as it’s own genre,
A funky soul-laden voyage into an electric abyss of grooves and rhythms.
The Outcast Empyre is made up of some of Canada’s finest musicians and with many weapons in their combined arsenal, their high-energy live show is ready to be unleashed upon the outside world.
Sean has toured and recorded from a young age and has been fortunate enough to share stages with some amazing acts opening for artists likeThe Roots,ZZTop,The Pharcyde,Los Lobos,AntiBalas,De La Soul and many more.
In 2012, Sean produced and wrote the song “Tell Them(we need no war)” with Andrew Tosh who is son of the late reggae icon and original Wailers co-founder Peter Tosh.
The first single from the upcoming new self titled album from Sean Viloria and The Outcast Empyre is entitled “Bad Times” and features back-up vocals by Scotty Hills and lead-guitar work by Wide Mouth Mason’s Shaun Verreault.
Sean Viloria is also a dedicated visual artist/toy designer and Cryptozoological researcher.
