Mobina Galore are a punk duo based in Winnipeg, MB. In, 2016 they are focusing on the release of their second full-length studio album, Feeling Disconnected. They teamed up again with John Paul Peters and plan to release it in the fall. Mobina Galore have spent a lot of time on the road, including several showcases at Canadian Music Week, Pouzza Fest, NXNE, Big Fun Festival, Juno Fest and Golden Sound Festival. They have toured heavily since 2011 in Canada, the States and Europe.
The Lunas are an original indie/pop band from Vancouver BC. Singer James Priestner first started writing songs acoustically during his four year tenure in the Western Hockey League and moved to Vancouver when he was 20 in hopes of forming a band. You’ll find The Lunas sound lies somewhere between The Arctic Monkeys, Modest Mouse, and The Strokes.
Channelling inspiration from bands like the Distillers, the Misfits and Peaches the BellaDonnas have been active since early 2011, sharing the stage with many bands including local legends The New Jacobin Club and Savage Henry and the Infamous One Pounders. Ringmaster Reviews even called the BellaDonnas “a fresh and formidable snarl to punk which leaves one eager and desperate to hear much more sooner rather than later.”
