Royal Red Brigade unveil Seasides EP

Regina’s land-locked sailor punks to release EP on 10″ vinyl

Earlier this year, Royal Red Brigade tore up the stage at Amigos for OMFEST 3D. And now they’re back with a new release, a six-song EP entitled Seasides, which will be available on 10″ vinyl.

According to a statement from Royal Red Brigade, “Seasides represents the culmination of a lot of different stages in the band’s past, as well as the bands constant evolution: it includes never released songs, leftover gems from the Give Into The Violence Sessions, a fractured cover song, and even a couple new and improved versions of old songs.”

Opening track “Broken Swallows” kicks off the EP at a ferocious pace before locking into a gravel-laden groove along with hoary vocals and snarling guitar leads. The rest of Seasides follows suit, with switchblade punk rock riffs and pounding rhythms.

Royal Red Brigade will be playing a release show for Seasides on Friday, April 25th at the Exchange.
