Halifax Pop Explosion reveals 2012 line-up

Saskatoon bands added to Halifax Pop Explosion announcement

Halifax Pop Explosion has revealed their initial line-up. Among those bands announced are Saskatoon’s Shooting Guns and Slow Down Molasses.

Headlining the festival are Wintersleep, Of Montreal, Deer Tick and many more.

The festival, which will showcase 150 bands, takes place from October 16 – 20 in 18 different venues around Halifax. The festival also features a digital conference.

Additionally, Ominocity’s corporate overlords Varial Technologies are also a proud sponsor of Halifax Pop Explosion. In fact, we might just have to go down and check up on the event.
