Local songwriter spills love letter ode to the prairies

Myles and the Blanks, a Saskatoon-area acoustic songwriter, has released a song called “Born and Die in the Prairies” from his as-of-yet unreleased album.

A solo acoustic outing, Myles perfectly captures the loner-Saskatchewan disaffect while givin’er with equal parts rough-and-tumble guts and sentimentality.

There is no word yet on when the new album will be released or what it’s titled, but rest assured that Ominocity is waiting in a cat-like state of readiness to bring you all the juiciest gossip, err, details as soon as they are released.
